At Macali Enterprise, we are committed to providing a transparent and customer-friendly shopping experience. This Cancellation Policy applies to all orders placed through www.macalienterprise.com and should be read together with our Refund Policy, Return Policy, Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Policy.
This policy has been drafted keeping in view the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and other applicable laws of India.
1. Order Cancellation by Customer
Before Order Confirmation
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been confirmed for processing.
No cancellation charges will apply.
After Order Confirmation but Before Dispatch
If your order has been confirmed but has not yet been packed or dispatched, you may request cancellation by contacting our Customer Support.
Cancellation requests are subject to verification and approval.
If approved:

The full amount paid (excluding any non-refundable payment gateway charges, where applicable by law) will be refunded to the original payment method.
After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.
If eligible under our Refund & Return Policy, you may initiate a return after receiving the product.
2. Subscription Orders (If introduced)
If Macali Enterprise introduces subscription-based purchases in the future:

Customers may cancel future recurring orders before the next billing date.

Cancellation will stop future billing only.

Orders already processed cannot be cancelled.
3. Orders Already Delivered
Delivered orders cannot be cancelled.
Customers may request a return or replacement only if eligible under our Refund & Return Policy.
4. Custom or Promotional Orders
The following orders are generally non-cancellable after confirmation:

Festival offers

Combo packs created specifically for promotions

Bulk or corporate orders

Customized packaging

Gift boxes prepared specifically for the customer
Unless required under applicable law.
5. Cancellation by Macali Enterprise
Macali Enterprise reserves the right to cancel any order, in whole or in part, in situations including but not limited to:

Duplicate order

Failed payment verification

If an order is cancelled by us after payment has been received, a full refund of the amount actually paid will be initiated to the original payment method.

7. Refund for Cancelled Orders

Actual credit timelines depend on your bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment service provider and may take additional time.
8. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

9. Payment Failures
If payment is unsuccessful and no amount has been debited, no cancellation is necessary.
If your bank account is debited but the order is not confirmed due to a technical issue, the amount is generally reversed automatically by the payment gateway or banking partner within the applicable banking timelines. If you do not receive the reversal within a reasonable period, please contact our customer support with the transaction details.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over the location of Macali Enterprise's registered office, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
